Gatherings at the Ranch

From workshops and retreats to youth programs and community gatherings, Warrior’s Soul hosts experiences that bring people together in meaningful, hands-on ways.

Some are centered around horsemanship, while others invite creativity, reflection, or simply time to connect — with the horses, the land, and one another.

Each gathering offers a different entry point, but all are rooted in presence, learning, and relationship.

Upcoming Events

The Sunset series:
Wine, Wit  & Horses

We’re kicking off the first of our Sunset Series — a quarterly gathering for adults in rhythm with the seasons. As day turns to evening, we’ll come together in the round pen for an experience that blends live acoustic music, lightly guided improvisational fun, and the quiet presence of horses at liberty.

These evenings are designed to foster connection, shared laughter, and a grounded sense of community. With a warm and attentive atmosphere, the Sunset Series offers space for creativity, nature, and relationship to meet — simply and in good company.

What to expect:

  • No experience needed — a welcoming, lighthearted space
  • Participation is always optional
  • Casual BBQ meal included
  • Wine available for purchase (Ciotti Cellars)
  • Live acoustic music by Joe Ciotti

Date: July, Date and time TBD

Contribution: $50 donation (supports the horses, ranch, and program)

Spots are limited. Please RSVP by contacting us below.

Summer at Warrior’s soul:
A different kind of horse camp

This is a small-group, relationship-based experience designed to help kids and teens build confidence, connection, and a sense of ease in themselves through time with horses. Set in a calm, supportive environment, each day invites participants to slow down, settle in, and engage at their own pace — without pressure or overwhelm.

Through hands-on interaction with the horses, youth develop communication skills, body awareness, and trust — both in themselves and in their relationships with others. The experience is grounded in presence and connection, offering space for each participant to feel seen, supported, and capable.

This is not a loud or fast-paced camp. It’s something quieter, and often more impactful. Alongside time with the horses (both on the ground and riding as they’re ready), participants will engage in creative activities such as art, journaling, and reflection, as well as gentle movement and group connection.

These camps are especially supportive for kids and teens who may take a little longer to warm up, feel sensitive or overwhelmed in larger group settings, or are simply seeking a more meaningful experience with horses.

Details:

Camp 1 (Ages 8–12): June 8–12 | 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Camp 2 (Ages 13–17): June 22–26 | 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Small group sizes to ensure each participant is truly seen and supported.
Spots are limited.
